Create/Manage Global Address Lists
(GAL) - Apptix OnDemand also provides
the ability for you to create each
mailbox owner's contact information is
in the Global Address List (GAL). The
GAL is designed to keep all contact
information accessible through Outlook
by any member of the team. External
contacts (users who are not within your
organization) can be set up in your
global list as well. All contacts can
then be selectively grouped to create
distribution lists that are also
available in the GAL.
