User Account Management
Free Outlook 2007 - each mailbox owner can
download via Apptix OnDemand the Outlook
2007 client, free of charge ($109.95 value
each) and a license to use it for as long as
they have the service.
Access Permissions - Administrators decide
which users have administrative access with
full rights to manage settings. While we
recommend limited administrative access,
your organization is not restricted by
Apptix OnDemand to the number of
administrators allowed on your account.
Create/delete users w/mailboxes and/or
SharePoint access
Reset passwords and see when a user's
password was last changed
Unlock user accounts locked due to
repeated log-in attempts
Subscribe/Unsubscribe to services
(Blackberry, ActiveSync, etc.)
Manage mailbox properties (mailbox quota,
e-mail addresses, forwarding, etc.)
