Message Archiver
The Message Archiver offers a simple, intuitive user interface, which users can access, via the web, from any location - whether office, home or traveling. For more effective searching, the Message Archiver can find e-mail messages based any combination of the following search criteria: Year, Date Range, From, To/Cc, Subject, Keyword, Attachment file name.

The Compliance Reviewer
The Compliance Reviewer works with the Message Archiver to help reduce your company's liability against e-mail distributed via your e-mail system. As part of a comprehensive Archiving and Compliance Solution, Compliance Reviewer monitors your company's policies and procedures, enforces them and supports compliance with regulatory and corporate mandates.
At-a-Glance:
Compliance Reviewer uses WORM (write-once, read-many) back-up with write-verification to ensure message integrity and authenticity. Within the system, your company can implement a flexible, multi-tier e-mail monitoring system, consisting of Reviewer(s) and Super Reviewer(s) to review flagged e-mail.
With the Compliance Reviewer the e-mail of any user can be flagged for review using any combination of the following methods:
- Real-time import scanning for keyword or phrase violations (a list of suggested words is provided)
- Structured query, using various search criteria
- Defined random sampling rules (by user, user group, company as a whole)
A Reviewer (typically the owner, manager or HR personnel) can instantly retrieve any flagged e-mail for review, then evaluate and select the appropriate action icon (see list on the right) to log the status of the e-mail. A first-level Reviewer may escalate non-compliant e-mails to a Super Reviewer for further evaluation.
